Medication
We are able to administer medicine as required and this is included free of charge. Our senior staff are trained and able to give injections, eg insulin, and we have vets on site Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm which means if we do have any concerns about your pet, we are able to get them looked at quickly by someone onsite before deciding if a trip to a clinical vet for further investigation is required.
Personal Effects
You are welcome to bring your pet’s toys or bedding if you think they would feel more comfortable. We will ensure they have them and will wash them in the same way that we would ours. Please just bear in mind that we are unable to accept liability for any damage or loss.
Food
Your pet will be fed a high quality diet whilst in our care and this is included in the boarding rates.
That said, if you prefer or if your dog or cat needs to have their own food then this is equally fine. Please ensure it is clearly labelled and we are given clear instructions when you check your pet in.
Vaccinations
All pets in our care MUST be fully vaccinated prior to their stay to comply with licencing requirements and for the safety of all of our visitors. We have vets onsite who are able to administer vaccinations at competitive rates but this must be done at least 1 week prior to your pet’s stay. Please contact us for more information on this service or if you are unsure if your dog or cat has had the appropriate vaccinations. We will require proof of vaccination on or before check in.
Trial Day
We want your dog to have fun whilst here and for our team to enjoy interacting with your dog too. Above all we need to ensure the safety of both the animals in our care and the dedicated staff we have looking after them. For that reason we require all dogs to have a ‘trial day’ before their first boarding stay. This is a free 1 day visit and gives everyone the opportunity to meet first. We are unable to confirm any boarding stays until your dog has successfully completed a trial day with us.
Fine Details
If you would like more details then please have a look at our Terms of Business here. They explain everything including drop off and collection times, what we do in the event that your pet requires veterinary treatment, social media policies, our insurance details and lots more!
If after browsing through these you can’t find the answer to your query then please contact us!
Video Tour
We appreciate that feeling comfortable leaving your pet can be easier said than done. We have prepared some videos of our facilities for you to look at. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. If there is anything that you would like to see in person then we can usually accommodate this during your dog’s Trial Day but please do mention it when booking so we can ensure we have someone available.
